Cleaning the Self While Indoors During This Time of Pandemic

 The pandemic has impacted society on a global scale, wherever you may live. The modern world has made entertainment and other pleasures so easy to access. We’re constantly glued to our phones, looking for things to like, share, laugh and be mad at. Such actions can burn you out quickly. In this time of quarantine and social distancing, we’re more glued to the online world now more than ever, and this doubles our chances of being burnt out by stimulation.

Ever once in a while, it’s recommended that you take a break from all the net-surfing and give yourself a break. Try to do your chores, or other important tasks. Maybe even walk around your neighborhood or high end community in Davao City. Give your nerves a rest.
